Over 20 years in HR Technology and 10+ years in government services have given her unique insight into both sides of the equation: she understands government workflows AND speaks fluent technology.

From serving police officers and firefighters as an HR administrator to leading product management at UKG, Dr. Natalie has consistently delivered results by putting people first and making complex systems simple.
