My Approach
I built EZRGov because most AI consultants selling to government have never worked in government. I have.
I spent 9 years inside local government and 13 years building the enterprise software that governments run on. I know what it's like to be a city employee trying to do more with less — and I know what the technology is actually capable of.
My mission is to help municipalities use AI to work smarter without losing the human judgment that public service demands. Not theory. Not a pitch deck. Solutions that work on a Monday morning in a municipal office.

I don't just gather requirements — I translate between two worlds that often don't understand each other.
My approach starts with deep listening. I spend time in your actual workflows, talking to the people doing the work — not just the people approving the budget. I've been on both sides of that table, so I know where the real friction lives and where technology can actually help versus where it creates more problems.
